I don’t typically participate in google reviews, but after recently seeing a negative review, it was unsettling because I’ve experienced the facility, first hand. I choose to have a different opinion and disagree. But that’s what reviews are for right!? I find it most interesting that the former “director of environmental services” wrote one and in their reasons they had their complaints in, they chose to point out what would typically be at their own faults as those were the majority of the photos they chose to include. In my opinion, they seem like a disgruntled employee. Regardless of that persons choice to only voice negativity, I’d like to shed some positivity. As someone who has had a family member stay in their care, The staff at Bella Terra, regardless of their department are always going above and beyond and providing the best care possible. The management team and care staff are always going way beyond the call of duty because they all have a passion for the job and care that they provide. I would never be afraid to put my loved one there again for great care. They have made us feel like family there, and we know we are in greats hands.

I had a bad fall that broke quite a few bones and spent 20 days at Desert Coral and then got transferred to Bella Terra. I was nervous after reading the reviews but I’m here to clear the air. Bella Terra has so far been a GREAT EXPERIENCE! The staff is great, they treat everyone just like how they’d like to be treated. It’s clean, rooms are HUGE with like 72” flat screen TVs. The staff is on top of it all and after being at Coral Desert, I’m SOOOOOOO GLAD I ended up here! I’d easily give it 5 stars but like most smaller hospitals, the food could be improved but still better than Coral Desert. I’d really like to shout out to the Social Services guy, I think his name is Todd but what an amazing dude and I couldn’t be happier with the effort he’s putting into me to get me healed and out of here. Whatever you read about Bella Terra, take my advice and just go take a tour! You’ll be amazed! Thank you to ALL the staff at this facility! They are all incredible and I’m lucky to be here.
