I came to Bell convalescent rehab and the rehab department was absolutely great they help me get walking and now I'm able two transition home I recommend them very highly they are absolutely wonderful.

I stayed in Bell Convalescent Hospital for five months... I have stayed at Sunnyside convalescent before but the service at Sunnyside was really disappointing.. Bell convalescent hospital has great friendly and professional CNA's to help the patients according to their individual needs.. Bell Convalescent Hospital counts with three beautiful patios so when your family and friends visit ..you can enjoy their company in the patio or stay indoors in the cozy television lobby... I highly recommend this place .. patients are treated very well.. the food is awesome and they have in-house physical therapy and great nurse's around the clock giving out patients meds always with a sincere smile .. all the staff have an uplifting spirit.. I truly recommend this facility for any type of need you may have.. Life has a strange way of sending you back to the places you love .. after 5 month vacation I fractured my hip and once again ended at Bell Convalescent Hospital.. nothing has changed except that I got to meet Thomas and Tim .. Thomas is an R.N. with great humanitarian..carisma and professionalism .. Tim is a great administratorr with exceptional people skills he cares about the patients and is constantly renewing the facility .. e.g putting in eco and hypoallergenic flooring to make sure that people with RSV can minimize their outbreaks.... all the LVN' S provide great service Evelyn. Nao. Crystal. Michelle..Jackie.. Carol. Cindy ..Rose.. Reika..Andrew .. Eunice..Jernie..Antanika and the rest of the LVN'S that go far beyond their duties and are very professional and always provide quality service they all greet everyone with a sincere smile and carisma.. Juanita .. Claudia Lucy Ana. Aleena..Rocio..Valerie...Maria ..Arely..Kevin.Ismari..Wendy..Norma..Liz..Emily..America..Allyson.Jessica .. Elsa..Estrella..Kenya..Carmen..Nery..Nury.. Elizabeth .. Rosa..Ofelia.Jacqueline.Stephanie.. Aleena and Erika are awesome CNA'S that are there to help you in anyway possible ..they also count with an awesome activity room where Maria..Melanie and their assistant come up with different arts and crafts to make time Go by faster it's almost time for me to leave this great facility and if I could give them ten stars I would.. made lots of friends while I was here.. I will truly miss every single one that works and those true friends.. may the staff continue to give the excellent service they offer here...God bless every single one of them..could not forget Audelia and Judy two great workers with a heart of Gold

It’s the worst place to take your loved ones , my dad entered walking and they knew that he was weak and let him fall, after that he spent the rest of his time in a wheelchair. They also lose lots of clothes, i never got them back after he left this place.

Worst experience, from front desk to Case Mgr, bad unprofessional attitude. Neglected patients by not feeding them for a full day, issues with other patients hygiene, diper change etc .. Nursing unprofessional using indecent language, talking about patients snd co-workers. Overall horrible service, do what's best for your love one and look for something decent cause this is not the place.

A great place for your loved one. The staff is attentive and caring. The new administrator runs a tight ship. My grandmother has been there for about 2 months and is enjoying her new found found life at Bell Convalescent Hospital.
