I have mixed reviews! My dad was in this facilities care for about a week while he was dying from pneumonia and a gangrene gallbladder after suffering a stroke. Kylie was AMAZING!!!! She was so sweet and attentive if I ever got sick I’d want her as my nurse. Seriously highly recommend her. Tracy however I wouldn’t let near anyone in my family ever again not even my worst enemy. We spent every night fighting with her about getting his pain medications to make him comfortable for his last few days. She repeatedly rolled her eyes at us, gave us attitude and treated us like we were stupid. She kept telling us she had to “check” to see if he was in pain… again dying from pneumonia and a gangrene gallbladder of course he’s in pain. She didn’t get that just because he looks ok for the 3 seconds she popped her head in doesn’t mean he wasn’t grunting and in pain a minute ago. She never checked on him unless we tracked her down for his next dose of pain meds. It got so bad we ended up getting him moved back to the hospital because we weren’t comfortable leaving him in her care. There was a night she didn’t check on him till it was time for shift change. Seriously if your loved one is in need of medications for pain do NOT leave them in her care. If you can’t have compassion and empathy you shouldn’t be working in a facility like this!!!!!!
