My mother was in Bedford Care Center for almost 3 years in their memory care unit before the memory care unit started going through the process of closing down at end of March 2026. The team at Bedford worked with us to find a new nursing home for my mother. During my mother's years at Bedford I formed warm working relationships with the staff there. During my mother's last few months at Bedford I spent a lot of time speaking with Cheryl and Michelle. They both were very professional, warm and communicative. I had a special situation where I live outside of Mississippi, therefore I spent a lot of time on phone calls with different staff members about my mother's care. I have appreciated how patient and engaged Bedford staff was with me about my mother's care. I appreciate Connie for always answering the phone with such warmth. I am going to miss the staff at Bedford very much.
