Always kind considerate and attentive, my sister loves the staff, they all smile at the mention of her name and I’m pointed in the right direction, they all have a personal connection with her and sherrie is very happy and well cared for in every way possible!

Horrible place - Unprofessional nurses, incompetent management, poor, old beat up facility that only likes patients that don’t complain. My mom mid-stage Alzheimer’s stayed there for 2 days and they sent her to psych hospital for getting irritated over nurses unable to translate a couple of words from English to her language and then refused to take her back. Well no patient - no money. Easy money always run out. Good luck! Let the world know of you!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while. I just wanted to say thank you to the team that took care of my grandpa during his stay at Bay Vista. The staff was warm and friendly. They came in regularly to change my grandpa. They positioned him to eat his meals and even put a towel on him so that he wouldn't get food on his clothes. Repositioned him if he looked uncomfortable. And they made him laugh. I know this all may seem like the bare minimum, but it felt like top notch service when we compared the treatment he got at other facilities. He's been a patient at two other facilities in the area. Bay Vista also had a smoking club haha! If my grandpa was able to smoke still, I would've put him in that club! Thanks Bay Vista!

I would not have been able to identify such a finest facility without your assistance. You have put away my stress and replaced with joy and happiness. I am very pleased to see good reviews and nice things current and past residents commenting online about The Astoria Park Senior Living Facility and this is a Must-See Living Facility in California. I greatly appreciated for your expertise, kindness, and sincerity to give Steven the opportunity to reside at this State-of-the Art Senior Living Facility located in Pasadena. My dad stayed here for about 2 weeks. The first conversation with their team was pleasant. Diana listened to our situation and immediately got the ball rolling. She then transitioned us to Christina Brown our God sent angel. Our situation was a little complicated but she went above and beyond to make sure my dads transition went smooth. She is very knowledgeable and gave us advice and referrals to other community resources. She also communicated very well. She would send me text messages of statuses on everything through admission. After he was admitted, the care he received was also good. I was pleased that they had him clean, shaved and even put lotion on his body. There were TVs in the rooms and two residents to a room. The facility is ok but clean. 2 of the 3 caregivers I came in contact with were warm and friendly, the other one wasn’t mean but not warm. They could improve on communications during the discharge process but overall we left feeling good about the place. Also the facility is right next to a great church and residents can attend if they’d like and are able.
