This hospital is a complete rip off! They upcharge insurance 5-6 times the amount of other hospitals! They have you sign a form stating that you will pay the difference not covered by the insurance, and tell you that they aren’t sure what the charges will be, they charged me 5,000 for an x-ray and then sent me a bill for 1,000, I could have went to elko or Remo and the charge would have been 600$, 120$ out of pocket! it’s been that way each time I’ve went there! I didn’t realize they were stealing from me!!

Cayla Hill and Bree Brown are two of the most amazing people I’ve ever dealt with at any medical facility. Top notch professionalism, and very patient with me. I called in from out of town because my mother that lives in BM needed immediate critical care. These two pros dropped everything and got the job done. They are the epitome of what is expected and needed in the medical field, and I am grateful. How ever much they are making is not enough. Give them a raise! Thank you ladies! ❤️

Dr. Hansen in the ER is amazing! I had some serious issues going on and he knew what it was even before the CT scan was even ordered. I am beyond thankful for him! His bedside manner is amazing, so kind and caring!! Claudia was great as well. She is always very thorough and has a great positive attitude.

I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Richard who did my MRI today. He was very helpful and had a personality every care provider should have. Thank you very much for easing my anxiety, you are AWESOME 👍🥰👍

A petty hospital who can't even treat you properly than sends you to court for less than $200 owed when you don't recall seeing a bill! Only cares about money & not that so many are struggling to be able to afford gas or food but they want money or small claims court gets involved. This makes me sick to my stomach & will NEVER go to this hospital again. Just another reason America's healthcare is horrible & Nevada is almost dead last in healthcare. Not everyone is a miner or in a mining family. This hospital needs a wake up call because they care about money only not patients or the community members in it!!! Hope less than $200 makes you guys happy & ruining someone's chance to buy food or get gas! Not like you cured me anyways but as long as you guys get basically $150. Disgusting practices Battle Mountain hospital is getting worse then HGH & that says something!
