My grandmother was admitted on a Monday. THE NEXT DAY I get a call informing me my grandmother had fallen out of bed over night and had not been checked in FOR 6 HOURS. If you value the safety for your loved one I would really reconsider.

Barry nursing home treated my mom wonderfully thanks for everything you did for her . I would tell anyone if they need nursing home care Barry community care center does a great job and the staff there is extremely caring.thanks so much Byron saathoff

I was at BCC recently for therapy due to having toes amputated. Everyone was very pleasant and caring. The staff joked with you but also listened to your problems. The food was good and you could see they took pride in what they served. I was very impressed with my head nurse and the CNA s on my flóor.". The attention that they to the patient was fantastic. I have recently returned home from Barry Community Care Center after 57 days of care and therapy. I was very pleased with the staff, the care and respect that I received. I would recommend BCCC to anyone who is looking for this type of facility; discuss the needs that must be met with their administration and continue from there. Personally, would not consider any other nursing home.

Barry Community Care Center is the last place that you want your loved one to go if you are looking for a professional and caring environment. My loved one was admitted to this facility due to a terminal illness and they have failed to take care of them in all aspects. Please think twice before taking any of your loved ones to this "nursing home." I can assure you that they care way more about the money they are receiving as opposed to actually taking care of their patients. Your loved one deserves much better than what the Barry Community Care Center could ever provide for them.
