Our experience with B'Zoe was reassuring. Our dad was suffering from dementia and insistent that a friend of his could provide adequate care. When we contacted B'Zoe, Katrina was prompt and professional. Tanya was responsive to us and both patient and thorough when gathering information about our dad's background and needs. She was insightful in the assessment and managed the caregivers skillfully. She was incredibly supportive. She managed the caregivers really well, including backing them up when needed. Eunice's and Joyce's expertise and professionalism earned our dad's trust and that of his friend. When my dad was admitted to hospital, Eunice and Joyce helped make sure he had familiar faces around him and made it much easier for us to monitor his care. We really could not say enough positive things about our experience.
