My great grandmother is here now and I have no complaints. The staff here is super interactive and kind and are always willing to lend a hand if any of the residents or guests ask. The place stays cleaned and the residents always have plenty of opportunities to get out and about and the freedom to do what they want within reason. The residents are served real food as well. My great grandmother is happy and healthier here and I would recommend it to anyone seeking for a place for their family.

I want to extend many thanks to the staff of Azalea Gardens. My mother, Martha Miller Jones, was so sick when she arrived to the facility from another facility. They showed her so much kindness and care. I cannot thank the administration and staff enough for the kindness and caring comfort that was provided to my mother, Martha Miller Jones, in her last days. I am so thankful that she was at Azeala Gardens and surrounded by caring and professional staff, who truly love their patients. Best to all the amazing staff. Bobbie Loveless, DNP, MSN-Ed, RN, CNE

The staff and administration at Azalea Gardens was outstanding. My mother was at Azalea for rehab and long term care. The staff and administration went above and beyond to help my mother. She received top-notch care. I found them to be very personable, knowledgeable and caring for their patients. They deserve a ten star rating.

The facility environmental team is top tier. Staff was very professional and pleasant. CNA Sharon and the RN on 2nd and 3rd shift was pleasant to work with, helped on the floor and was knowledgeable. Patient care on 2nd and 3rd excellent. Call lights answered promptly and all request was completed in a timely manner. I did not experience one nasty attitude. The food was prepared nicely by the kitchen staff. I seen excellence in every department.
