Eshanna is an amazing administrator! She always greets everyone with such a bright smile and positive attitude that instantly makes you feel welcome. She is incredibly kind, patient, and always Williams to help with anything you need. On top of her wonderful personality , she's always dressed to impress and carries herself with professionalism and confidence. Eshanna truly makes a positive difference every day, and it's a pleasure interacting with her.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was in this facility for several months and was abused very bad. Everyone there is severely abused. The front office from HR to the DON are all aware of the abuse. The building is old and constantly having sewer in the water. The ceilings are about to fall in because water is leaking through. The building needs to be condemned. Till my last breath I will fight to have them shut down.
