We transferred our extended family member to Aviata at Green Cove Springs from Aviata Tampa. I cannot give enough praise for Green Cove Springs administration and staff, especially I have witnessed how he was treated in Tampa. Green Cove Springs facility is always clean, patients are treated in a compassionate and respectful way, they are fed and cared for. The front desk is always available, staff is available and the administration is fabulous. Tampa Aviata needs to send their staff to learn how to run a rehab facility like this from Green Cove Springs. Our loved one literally cried with happiness after moving into GCSprings Aviata as contrast was striking. Everyone I came in contact with is wonderful there and it has been my personal experience so far. I would love a better outdoor space for patients full of plants and flowers, hopefully it will be added so they are more in touch with the nature as it’s very healing. Overall, huge thanks for everything you are doing. It makes you exceptional people dealing with sick ones on a daily basis.

I can’t say enough good things about this nursing home. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured by the caring and professional staff. Everyone—from the nurses to the front desk team—goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, respected, and truly at home.

What a wonderful place! Everyone at Aviata Green Cove Springs is amazing. The staff and administrators honestly care so much for the residents that it feels like you are with family. They make it feel like home and do everything they possibly can to help you, care for you, and comfort you. Every time someone comes into your room they are smiling and are genuinely happy to see you and talk with you. It feels like an amazing group of my own family is caring for me because my family is gone. Mi love them all and I know they love me too. They are truly special and serving as the hands and feet of Christ as they care for residents they also care about them. First and foremost I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to Dana and her staff. I have a very needy family member who requires an enormous amount of attention and care. They took care of her with respect and were sensitive to her situation. I had the privilege of working closely with Dana and she handled every task I asked of her in a timely manner and with professionalism. I was impressed to say the least. I hands down would recommend this facility to anyone who has a family member that needs constant care. So to Dana and the staff at Green Cove Springs WELL DONE! My family and I appreciate you always.
