This is the worst place I have ever seen in my life. Do not place your loved ones in this facility. It is dirty, they never answer the phone, no one seems to know anything, and they do not provide updates or reports about the patients idenpendely. I had to remove my father from this place because within one week his condition declined rapidly. They were using cheap colostomy bags, and the area around his colostomy became severely irritated and was even bleeding. He was dehydrated, became extremely thin because he was not eating, and unfortunately the nurses have so many patients that it is impossible for them to provide the level of care patients deserve. Some of the nurses were very kind and attentive, and I truly appreciate them. Unfortunately, aside from that, I cannot say many positive things about this place. I could continue talking about many other issues, but it would take too long. Also, the positive reviews posted about this place seem very questionable to me. Honestly, I believe many of them are fake. And please do not reply to me , I can't care less about apologies from this place.

I feel sorry for all the residents and patients at this facility. I can look past the fact that it is old, but it smells of old urine, food always arrives cold and is terrible. I don't know if this is a leadership or staffing issue. Who owns this place? The state visited them this week and what did they find? Where is this report. The call buttons on patient bathrooms and beds don't all function in the rooms or the bathrooms. The rooms have unit ACs. All patients look miserable. This place hand writes their medical bracelets. There is no view for anyone to see nursing notes, medications given, blood results, dialysis results. We were told they don't remember what it is. No accountability and no transparency. At night, ghostown. Nobody around, nobody picks up the phone. I'd love to speak to the owners or anyone that runs this place. Nobody on schedule, patients waiting around for needs. Slow with paperwork, I can't wait till my loved one leaves. I can only pray for anyone that has to stay long term. I should have listened to Sonya Page post. Everything she says is TRUE 100%. Find another place. Don't send anyone here. The website and the actual place do not match. All a Lie. And this is with insurance.

I really wanted to give this location a big fat 0. My mother -in-law went here for rehabilatation and became worse. The food was disgusting. They left her in feces for multiple hours and took their time responding to her needs. We chose this location because it was the options Aventura Hospital gave and do we so regret it. DO NOT TRUST YOUR FAMILY HERE. My mother-in-law is currently in Larkins Hospital figthing for her life which they sent her to when aventura is 10 mins away and where she came from. But I am sure they are probably affliated. Our family is currently seaking legal advice and will ensure this doesnt happen to another person.

My family and I are very grateful for the help provided by Amanda and Ovadis. They assisted us with relocating my grandmother from another facility, and the entire transition was fast and smooth. The staff was helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the process. We truly appreciated their support and care during what could have been a stressful time.
