Although I can only rate Argento 5 stars I think they deserve 10 STARS. I am responsible for the care of my 97 year old friend who has dementia and macular degeneration. Although she did not want to leave her home, she quickly settled in and Argento is her new home. Every aspect of her care is professionally delivered. The staff from top to bottom is outstanding. The facility is spotless and the variety of entertainment options provided keeps the guests active. I believe Argento provides the highest values for the cost.

Dear Argento, I have to give the most extraordinary compliment and thanks to your Administrator, Ashley, for her patience, excellence, professionalism, and kindness. When Ashley greets me or my dear friend and resident Lilia, it is with sincerity. One only needs to see the look on the residents faces, that flash of recognition where there otherwise may not be. What I am saying is that with Alzheimer’s disease, patients don’t always know who the person is they are speaking to. But with Ashley it is different. I see the recognition of kindness and respect for the residents, caregivers, staff and those who visit our loved ones. It is not an easy task on a good day, let alone challenging days. I cannot always visit my friends, but I know that from the Top down, Lilia is beautifully taken care of by Ashley and her colleagues at Argento. In my book she is what we call, “A Find!” I’m am secure in the knowledge that Ashley is at the helm of Argento Westchester. Annie Siegmann

My mother has been at Argento for over a year. I chose Argento because Charlene was so welcoming and warm from the second I walked in. Ashley was kind to my mother and spoke to every resident as she walked through the community. They truly love and care for the residents at Argento.
