Husband wasn't given his ptsd meds, floor and bathroom were not clean for the 10 days he was there. Rude authorities not helpful and rude to me, walked out on me while my trying to talk them numerous times. There could be a crowd at nursing desk but when they saw me coming they would leave to avoid me.

The staff here are excellent. My only complaint here is the wait time after you hit the call light. Hit it and then sometimes 30 minutes later someone comes in. I ask for meds and then it might be another 45 minutes to an hour before I get them. Other than that things are great. Facility is clean, staff is friendly and professional.

Avamere staff are so friendly and supportive! Residents are always going on outings within the community every week , staff work hard to accommodate families needs. Would highly recommend!

Avamere Rehabilitation of of Coos Bay is by far the best rehab experience a person can have. The therapy team is amazing, the nurses and CNAs are loving and provide top notch care. If a person is looking for quality, loving care in a fun yet professional environment this is the place. It is clean, tidy and the food is outstanding too which is unusual to find..

Horrible management to deny families to see their loved ones during the last chapter of their lives and blame it on Covid. It's no wonder upper management is not respected by the nursing staff I could only imagine if they treat their source of income this bad how they treat their staff. Shame on this company for making the final moments in these residents lives cold and lonely.
