One of your nurses ran a red light in a company vehicle and caused my wife to T-bone them while our 10-month-old baby was in the car. Multiple witnesses at the scene stated that your employee was the one who entered the intersection against the light, yet responsibility is now being disputed. What has been most upsetting is not only the accident itself, but the complete lack of concern shown afterward. My wife even tried to help the driver out of the vehicle and received no acknowledgment or concern in return. As a parent, it is incredibly difficult to process how someone could put a family and infant in danger and then shift blame onto an innocent mother afterward. I sincerely hope your organization takes situations like this seriously, because accountability and integrity matter deeply in professions built on caring for others.
