This company was very quick to relay a referral by my son's PCP to a local provider. The mid-level rating is for the blatant attempt by their local provider (Speak EZ Services in Houston) to max out our Medicaid with her own referrals accompanied by trivial justifications for unnecessary therapies that my son has already been discharged from. This could possibly be considered fraud. Now, the implication of being reported to CPS for medical neglect if I were to refuse any services could be seen as extortion. My son's PCP and Medicaid will have to decide how this plays out. I'm sure the provider you sent to me is a contractor, so it's none of this company's concern. Grifting at its finest. I applaud you guys.

My 6 month old was born with a CHD and required a heart transplant & trachestomy. He’s been inpatient his entire life. We’ve finally been able to go home after almost 7 months. I spoke to Dawn, the home healthcare coordinator, for about 6 weeks. Everytime we talked I told her he was close to discharge and we were not allowed to leave the hospital without 100% nursing assistance. She assured me we would have that full nursing schedule when we discharge October 9th. I spoke to her the week before our discharge and she assured me again we had plenty of nurses. I told her that date several times and every time she told me we had the nurses and we were all set to go. The day of our discharge I called her several times to make sure a nurse was meeting us at our home and she completely dodged my calls and ghosted me. I found out from one of her coworkers that we actually had no nurses. We were about to walk out the doors with him in his car seat for the first time ever in 6, almost 7 months. And I had to tell everyone we couldn’t leave. We’re currently still inpatient at children’s trying to find the nurses for another homecare company. She refuses to talk to our care coordinator at the hospital or me. She has no idea how much she hurt our family after all we’ve been through. Horrible experience. (Photo of me signing discharge papers thinking I was gonna bring my baby home, dawn I hope you see this)

Worst company ever. I can't figure out why but they can't seem to keep speech and occupational therapists. We have had this issue on a number of occasions. Therapists quitting. Do not recommend this company at all.

These wonderful people found an in home physical therapy service at an affordable rate after we had been referred to several other places that did not provide the service we required. Although they did not provide the service, they took the time to find us someone who could. Thank you to all the wonderful people at this facility!
