I had a very disappointing experience with the after-hours hotline. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude and made me feel as though my call was an inconvenience. In a field where compassion and patience are essential, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service for others in the future.
