I am so impressed with the level of care here. Absolutely every staff member who I've interacted with has been at the top of their game. They appear to genuinely care about giving the residents the most kind and helpful care possible. I was so worried sick when my mom needed to go into a "facility" for a while after a long hospital stay. But I shortly realized that bringing her to Aspen was 100 percent the best decision for her. I've been so relieved knowing she's in great hands with professionals who have good hearts and know even better than I do -how to take the best care of her and get her healthy and strong. It's also clean and cute and the food is good too! There's a warmth there that puts my mind at ease. I'm so very grateful to everyone there.

9.9.25 When I went into visit my friend, the staff were all jovial and very interactive. My friend got moved into a new room so I was inquiring about her new place. There was only 1 TV in her new double room and she couldn't see it, I asked the staff about it and they said they would get 1 put in her room!!! Wow, such service. The next day, my friend had her own TV to help pass the time till she gets to go home. 8.24.25. We walked in and were greeted by a smiling staff member, Shelby. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He helped us with the information we needed to know. We asked our friend how was her care here and she was very pleased. We asked her if she needed anything and she said, "no, I have everything I need, Thank you". The facility looked clean. The temperature was cool and refreshing. Out front they had a nice seating area, under a cover, in the shade.

I'm very disappointed at times. My aunt is there for recovery from a broken hip..she requires oxygen and walker. Came to take her out for a few hours and they couldn't find her walker, sent her out with again, another empty oxygen tank.

The care given to my father, Robert Zorb, and my family, during his last days was remarkable. The teams of employees were so professional, attentive and kind. We were so grateful that we got to experience so many wonderful caregivers. They helped us all immensely during our difficult time. Thank you so very much!!!
