I am impressed by the professionalism and the attentiveness that my mom received while she was a resident at Ashley Healthcare. My mom needed extra care while in the memory care unit and the staff treated my mom like family. The cleanliness of Ashley Healthcare was amazing. The staff was on top of getting things cleaned up as soon as a mess was made. I highly recommend Ashley Healthcare.

1. The website has no contact information other than a phone number. They should include an email contact 2. The Activity Coordinator has little to do with the nursing or health care. It would be nice to have the Director, Activity Director contact information on the website 3. It is hard to comm0unicate with Ashley Nursing Center for these reason.

The times I have been at Ashley Care Center, it has been clean, the staff are friendly; they have the day's activities on the board in the dining room, and people can sit around and talk with each other in comfortable chairs. They offer worship services once a week, which is another way for people to interact with one another and share hymns from the past with unashamed aged voices. Who cares! Ashley Care Center is a nice homey place to be for those who have lost the ability to live in their homes. It is worth looking into!

My brother was at Ashley Healthcare Center for 8 months. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to care for him. The staff was so kind and gentle. The communication was amazing. Transitioning him from home to AHC couldn’t have been more seamless. They handled all the paper work, and hand answers to all of our questions. When I would receive a call from them the staff always asked how I was, always told me to enjoy my day. When we would go visit there was ample staff engaging with the other residents. We never felt that he was neglected.

My husband has been here for several months and is long term. He needs complete care. They take care of his physical needs in such a kind way. He can’t communicate a lot but he is comfortable enough to communicate with them. It’s obvious he can tell how much they care for him. As his wife I couldn’t ask for better care for me. They are so helpful and so caring. If you have a loved one that needs care I would tell you this is the place.
