When I first contacted Living Hope, the intake worker, Lisa, treated me with respect and helped me get started. She set up a phone interview with Dr. Mahdi to review my medical issues.<br><br>During that interview, Dr. Mahdi pushed me to agree to a form I had never seen. When I explained that I couldn’t read it because of my vision, she became irritated. And insisted that I had not only seen the form I had signed the form.<br><br>Instead of acknowledging the mistake, Dr. Mahdi became upset. Later, she called to tell me they would not provide the medications I’ve been on for years — including one that helps prevent mini‑strokes. She didn’t refuse service directly, but by refusing refusing medicines that work for me she was refusing services.<br><br>Living Hope may have a good program, but they need doctors who care about patients, not bureaucracy. I would think twice before using their services

No tengo mucho tienpo con hope pero e tenido muchos problemas con la transportation a veses me lleban al doctor los dias equivocados y cuando tengo dialicis los sabados cuando termino tengo ablarles y desirles que estoy listo y a beses tengo que esperar mucho tienpo el problema que les digo y nunca asen nada para resolver el problema.

I can’t express my thanks to the hope staff I’m 72 and have never had this kinda great care I’m independent still and they even helped me at my home. Their great especially Liz and the staff
