Ascend was wonderful. Leslie Brimhall was our hospice nurse and there are not words to describe how compassionate and kind she was. She was so trenderhearted with my husband. He loved her calming tone. My family care never repay her kindness to us

The hospice care that was provided by Ascend was absolutely amazing, the nurse (Jody and her aid Toni) were very understanding and compassionate, making sure mom was well taken care of and that we had everything we needed for her care. The day we brought her home, Ascend had the equipment all set up and ready for use before she was ever brought to the house. They kept us informed of moms health changes and also were caring as to how we were holding up. I would strongly recommend them for your loved ones care in a minute.

Sharvin at Ascend Home Health & Hospice was amazing taking care of my Mom the last days of her life. He brought a smile and concern each day as he came to visit. He made the process so much easier. Also my Mom's CNA, Ariana, was so loving and kind as she came to give her bed baths. She helped me through my tears and a very difficult time. Thanks again, Ascend!

Ascend Home Health and Hospice served our family very well at a time of need in every sense. Comfort care was offered our loved one, on a schedule, as promised. Communication was excellent, as hospice staff informed us of their actions and what we should expect going forward. Our after care appointment with Kathy gave us a step-by-step plan to contact organizations, insurance companies and financial institutions regarding the death notification and handling of accounts.

We recently had the opportunity to have the most wonderful, caring, knowledgeable, loving, and professional hospice team to assist with our loved ones passing… The Brigham City team was absolutely exceptional and extraordinary! Dr. Scott Nagao, and his team of fabulous nurses, Jody, Sue, Stephanie, and Lisa were absolutely “Angel like” caregivers… They all treated us like family and their love, patience, and commitment to caring for my terminally. ill sister were beyond spectacular… We would like to thank everyone at Acsend hospice and healthcare… The kind people in the office who helped us, the social worker, and the wonderful, loving, and caring nurses aid, Toni, who were absolutely amazing in every way… We are so grateful for all of their outstanding care and love and commitment not only to our sweet sister, but to our entire family… We would recommend this fine company and the awesome caregivers and Dr.Nagao to absolutely everyone! Thank you so much! We love you all and appreciate you always and forever! ❤️
