I am extremely disappointed with the level of care provided by Mindy Lavoie during their time in our home. From the beginning, it was clear that professionalism and reliability were lacking. They frequently arrived late—or not at all—without any notice, causing major disruptions to our schedule and placing unnecessary stress on our family. Even when present, she often appeared disengaged, inattentive, and more focused on their phone than on the actual needs of the patient. Basic tasks were either done poorly or skipped entirely, and I often had to redo things myself just to ensure safety and comfort were maintained. There was a noticeable lack of compassion and patience, which is unacceptable in a caregiving role. This experience has made me lose trust in the service we were counting on to support a vulnerable loved one. I would strongly caution others before allowing Mindy Lavoie into their home.
