Last summer they told us to come back in April to sign up for Sr citizens produce vouchers. They were very unfriendly. Yesterday, she said not to come back until June. Our family all gets these in the mail, they said that no one gets them in the mail.

This is an unreliable agency to deal with. Today was about the 3 or 4 time I had a trip scheduled for a Dr appointment then comes day of appointment & find out they didn't schedule the appointment appointment. Went in person to let them know I was displeased with them. Not sure where that Joshua Iverson's wife worked but I showed them the review of there agency & they said that his wife never worked there???? This is the Kittanning Pa. Office. So in other words if it wasn't kittanning office then they must have multiple incompetent agency locations

I typically don't write reviews however we've spoken multiple times to the Area Agency on Aging about an elderly neighbor (who is a veteran) who is constantly sitting in his own waste. The smell is so bad coming from his apartment that we can smell it in our home with the windows closed. They insist there is nothing they can do to help him aside from once a week sending an aide to help assist him. The odor is overwhelming and cannot be healthy for the man. Aside from the smell on our property we're concerned that he will get an infection from his own waste. We've contacted this agency repeatedly (including speaking to a supervisor, Janet), the health department, the landlord, and the borough codes officer and they still insist they can't help him. If you have any elderly relatives you care about, please think twice about asking this agency for assistance.

They were so helpful after I found them. Drove around looking for the place for a hour because they didn't update there address. Need to put out a big sign. After I got there they were so helpful and great people working there.
