I live to the east of this facility and I have to call the desk at least three time a week because residents are yelling for help for longer than 30 minutes.

This facility was just bought by Savant at the end of 2025. The care has gone downhill fast. They let a lot of people go and are not getting enough hires to care for the residents now. Food quality is a constant issue, as are problem with medication management.

My mother in law died at this place. Her medical concerns went unmonitored , no one helped monitor it, providing her someone else’s medicine, the pharmacy they use is a big fraud- they keep filling my mother in law’s prescription before time and charged us without asking us if we can afford it. The place smell like roach spray and no one takes good care of the folks there. I had to drive 45 mins one way to take my mother in law to numerous appointments and was told that is something they don’t do. Why not? They don’t have the compassion to work with seniors and it’s just about the money not about the seniors. So many state complaints and let me not forget to mention missing medications. My mother in law died in her sleep and was not identified until the next day when she should have been monitored because of her dementia. Not a place to take your love ones, especially if you want and expect the best for them.

I have lived there too long. The place is old and rundown. There was no hot water for 2 months. Some of the caregivers are rude and inconsiderate. Alot of theives in there including the caregivers. Since I have been there I have had my cell phone, $200 in cash, and my car keys stolen from my room. Gil just tells you if you have no proof who took it they cant do nothing. This is the worst place to put a loved one, since I have been there over 20 people have died. They accused me of selling drugs there with no proof of this, they have never seen me doing drugs nor having them in my possession. They treat people like trash and they think it's OK to do that. Supposedly there is going to be new owners I surely hope that is true but I am still trying to get out of there ASAP but not to another assisted living.

My sister was here. I couldn't wait for her to get out. She would have been better off in a convalescent home as far as care and attention. In a convalescent home you have a picture of water and three shifts of nursing Care. At least two shifts of eating in your room or dining room near the kitchen. NOT SO IN THIS RETIREMENT VILLAGE. IF YOU WANT WATER YOU HAVE TO BUY IT. I DID NOT WITNESS VERY MUCH PATIENT ASSISTANCE. THE BED CORD FOR HELP WAS ALWAYS ON THE FLOOR OR NOT NEAR HER AT ALL, SO SHE DID NOT HAVE COMMUNICATION. THOSE THAT ARE ABLE TO WALK AROUND, WALK IN A VERY LONELY PLACE. TO WALK TO THE KITCHEN IS A LONG WAY.
