My deepest thanks and appreciation go to the administration—with a special note of gratitude to Mr. Joseph—for their cooperation and their exemplary manner of interacting with . He personally oversees the care of residents, meets with them directly should any difficulties arise, and works diligently to resolve any issues in an outstanding manner. I would also like to thank Fatima, Eric, and Melissa for their cooperation. This is truly a facility worthy of praise; the cleanliness is excellent, and the food is superb—qualities we observed firsthand through the care provided to my mother.

Mom spent her last days in Arbor View Skilled Nursing. I visited her often over those several weeks and always found cheerful, hard working staff members. If I were to name specific staff folks who went above and beyond in the care of my mother, I think I would forget somebody! It is a very difficult season of life for the folks there and their families. I hope that my family showed some grace and patience and were realistic about the care of our mother. Although the facility is a little worn out, I always found it to be clean and orderly. The food looked appetizing with generous portions. The staff chaplain and activities director worked hard to keep the folks engaged. Thank you for being there during the last season of my mother's life.

The staff at this place was exceptional. Caring, Kind, Hardworking. My mom stayed here once for rehab and then again living here until she passed. My family visited dailey and you really get a view of the place and people working here. I have been to many nursing homes in my life and I say they all smell, why wouldn't they when we lose our ability to control our bodily function. At Arborview I saw constant cleaning crews working to care for the place. The administrators were great to work with clearly wanting to make our experience easy and informative, understanding our need for privacy in her last days and finding a place for us to gather. Nurses were kind and efficient. CNA's compassionate and hard working. Kirchen staff and dietician involved and helpful, food was good. That is across the board in that i saw everyone i encountered as the hardest working people. Thank you Arborview Skilled Nursing for taking such good care of my mother Mary Mitchell and making her end days such a comfort for our family. I am forever grateful to your entire staff.
