The staff at Arbor Terrace goes above and beyond, specifically Penny who is always welcoming and Terrance who is attentive along with the cafeteria staff. Everyone is patient and kind.

I will just keep this short and sweet as I do not have time to tell you all the crap we went through at this joke of an ALF. My advice - Just don’t do it. Most of the staff they hire are iincompetent including the Nurse Director as well as his manager but especially the actual caretakers.<br>If you are going to go for it here and put your loved one here - INVEST IN CAMERAS FOR YOUR LOVED ONES ROOM-<br><br>Good luck !
