Friendly staff, nice clean facility. In that respect I have no complaints. However just made the 4th call to the facility to get an update on my wife and no answer at the nurse station. I DO understand they have patients who are priority (my wife not really being able to hold a proper conversation over the phone) but it becomes frustrating.

I went to visit my family member at Arbor Glen Care Center. Staff was amazing, the nurses were excellent. I appreciate the staff that works there for taking care of my family member. The place smells great and they fixed up the restrooms and the rooms in the facility, did not get pictures of the rooms but they look nice. The restrooms were done super nice and they are really clean. The facility always smells nice. I would totally recommended this facility.

This rehabilitation center helped my parents when they needed it most. After their hospital stay, my mom and dad were well taken care of. I truly appreciate the help and support from the administrator, case mngr, social worker, physical therapists, CNAs, nurses, housekeeping, and everyone who works here. Thank you once again for everything you do.
