From the first meeting with Hanna to the present day, she has always been kind and supportive of me and my family. She was able to answer all of our questions and got to the point right away. By being here at Pine Ridge Terrace, I can focus on healing my body after experiencing a traumatic incident. Best of all, Hanna and the team are always available to help me and my family.

Since Bright Water took over management of Arbol/Pine Ridge Terrace, the experience has gone downhill fast. This company is prioritizing profits over resident care in every way possible, cutting corners on expenses from day one. They are chronically understaffed, yet refuse to pay employees more to handle the increased workload. Generic products have replaced quality ones across the board -- laundry soap, food ingredients, you name it -- and the decline in food quality is noticeable. To make matters worse, rates increased dramatically when Bright Water took over. You are quite literally paying more for less. Don't be misled by the photos on their website. The café was closed immediately after Bright Water took over, so there are no cappuccinos, no deli case filled with colorful, fresh food. Most of the images appear to be stock photos or outdated. No one is painting while sipping wine -- they don't even serve wine anymore. Both residents and staff can feel the weight of corporate greed, yet the owners remain completely unaccountable. It is deeply disheartening to watch people and corporations purchase elder care facilities as a cash cow for profit, rather than treating our seniors with the dignity and respect they deserve, as well as paying their staff and caregivers a respectable wage. It's a disgrace, and I cannot wait to get my family member out of there.

I had been in the Arbol wing last year for recovery from hip surgeryband liked ot very much. Unfortunately this year, another hip surgery sent me back to a revised facility that had been sold and was under new management, which sucked. Nursing staff seemed less responsive and more non-patiebt rules had been established I will no longer recommend Arbol, the older name, still bring used. Nonetheless, I opted to rent an apartment there for 3 months and regret ir. During recovery I suffered a heart attack, diagnose by the residene "nurse" as flu. Withputvtak8 g my temperature, blood pressure, or anything. . Tonight during a bout of constipation, I asked for a glycerine suppositor Andr was told that it could not be dispensed as I was not under their pill management regimine. Not sure what sort of "assusyed" living i am getting ;this too is unacceptable and generated this review Don't go there, don't rent there . Avoid this place.

I'd never required rehabilitation until I had a revision of my hip. I knew of Arbol from a friend who'd stayed here in rehabilitation. I highly recommend it as a clean, modern, friendly, efficient and very pleasant operation. I've spent 3 weeks here and have really enjoyed the staff and the facilities, The physical therapy department is particularly skilled and encouraging.

My family is so happy that my grandparents were able to move to Arbol Residences in Santa Rosa last month. One is currently in the skilled nursing wing and the other in assisted living. When enquiring about Arbol, Diana and Sarah quickly responded to our questions and worked together to set up a comprehensive tour of both the assisted living and the skilled nursing on short notice. It was clear as soon as we arrived that this was a place where my grandparents could finally relax, heal, and get the care they need. They are able to spend their days together since the assisted living is conveniently just a short walk down the hall from the skilled nursing. The skilled nursing facility is top notch as is the assisted living. Two of my grandparent’s outside health care providers have already noted improved healing, and they have said that Arbol skilled nursing is several steps above the other facilities they know of in the Bay Area. My grandparents are enjoying the food and amenities, and the skilled nursing and assisted living staff are professional, friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Communication from the staff with the family so far has been great. Everything has exceeded our and my grandparents’ expectations. After a very difficult period before, we are feeling very relieved and grateful.
