Absolute HORROR! NEVER ever let a human being you know go there! Two broken legs, very sick, they told me no orders for my meds or diet. I was hungry. I begged for water! Told I needed to go there for therapy reasons... totally mislead and lied to about a so called new and remodeled rehab center. THEIR recruiter/Social Worker coerced me to go there when I was unaware of any other choices! Lies and lies! NIGHTMARE! Ended BACK in hospital for a week with SEPSIS! Awful experience!

My husband was in Arabella for 20 days after a very painful and difficult surgery to remove a hip. The Management and Staff were some of the nicest people I have ever met. Everyone was cheerful and kind to all the patients. The food was very good. The rehab went beyond to help him to get back to moving. Our stay was great.

I recently moved my mom to Arabella Health and Wellness of Carrabelle. The facility is modern, clean and welcoming with a very friendly staff. The Business Development Director, Crystal Raffield was a pleasure to work with while arranging my mom‘s transfer. The nursing Director, Courtney Cook went above and beyond to get all the prescribed medications my mom needed after the facility she was being transferred from dropped the ball. I am also very pleased with the Physical Therapy department. They are very understanding and have motivated my mom to try even when she doesn’t want to. More importantly, all the residents that I have talked to are very happy and love all the activities that are offered. I only wish I had moved my mom here sooner and love the fact that she is close to her family and friends.

As a rehab social worker in Tallahassee, we refer to Arabella quite often and always have a great experience with their admissions team. They’ll take the time to review the referrals we send and provide helpful feedback. I never have to worry about lack of communication on their end. We’ll have people successfully transfer to their facility for long term care placement and, top of that, receive updates on how well they’ve adjusted and are thriving under their care. Thank you Arabella for being an amazing facility!

Arabella was like finding a gold nugget in a field of rocks. My Dad was in a Rehabilitation Facility, but he had gotten to the point that he could no longer do the physical requirements that the Assisted Living Facility required. I am a retired Physician Assistant having spent for than 40 years in healthcare. And I always heard there is never a good Nursing Home. I needed to try and find a nursing home somewhere around Tallahassee. I already had a pretty good idea which was bad then there were the other ones. Over a two-week period, I became very frustrated finding a nursing home including the bad ones because there were no beds available. Then someone told me about a nursing home that I didn’t know existed and they were my gold nugget. I called and had a great conversation with them followed up talking with the clinical staff about the healthcare requirements that my dad was going to need. I was impressed with everything they provided and the different levels of services they offered. Talking with them I was able to quickly learn that they really cared about their patients. My Dad was transferred to Arabella, and I cannot say one bad thing about them. They did everything they could to help dad even though he was probably the most difficult patient. I can’t say enough about the communications, when I told them to call me anytime they did, and they called me on a regular basis to provide updates. While Arabella is a little way from Tallahassee it really isn’t that far, and it was worth it. If you need a Nursing Home or some other nursing facility it would be worth your time to see about Arabella.
