Run as fast as you can away from this scam. I rented a CPAP machine from them with my insurance for 11 months I changed insurances and now I have to start over and pay for 13 more months. It’s a scam.

I have always had a good experience with Apria and everyone that I have talked to. Anytime I spoke with the employees in the Red Oak or the Saint Joseph locations I was treated with respect and everything was explained to my satisfaction. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a CPAP or any other services they offer.

My O2 generator quit early one afternoon. I called Apria and told them my problem . They had me try different things and it still was not putting any air out. They said they would call the in call person and get him out there. They told me to use my emergency tank. Four phone calls and twelve hours later I had yet to see OR hear from anyone. Finally, on the fifth phone call the on call person returned my call. Original call was made about 2 pm, on call person finally showed up at 2:30 am. My emergency tank was down to about a quarter full. On call person said he didn’t have any full tanks and would return the next day to replace it. No one showed up the next day. This has been about a month to six weeks ago. Yesterday the power went off and I had to switch to my quarter full tank. I called Apria and was told someone would be there soon. It is now the next day and no one has yet to show up and my tank is down to the red. I was told I could use my portable generator and when it ran out I had my car charger I could plug into. I am disabled, I do not walk, I do not drive. My car is sitting in the basement, down 14 steps. I think this is deplorable. I am in oxygen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. My insurance and Medicare pay for my supplies and O2. At nigh I am on bipap because I tend to quit breathing when asleep. If you need anything O2 related do not, I repeat, do NOT use this company in Saint Joseph, Missouri. I pray to God the power does not go out again.
