Edit: After my original review below, Apria contacted me and refunded me for the supplies that were ordered out of pocket. Since then I’ve consistently received the correct supplies on a regular basis and haven’t had any issues. Original: Choose a different supply company. Seriously. At this point I’ve never gotten an order with the correct supplies, and when the supplies do come, they’re weeks late anyway. At this point I’m having to use supplies that are months past when they should have been replaced. They’ll call you from 5 different numbers and 3 different emails all intermingling Apria Health and Apria Direct, to try to trip you up into placing orders that don’t go through your insurance.

I have dealt with LinCare and Adapt Health. They were both terrible to deal with. I am a nurse and was appalled at the frustrations I had with both of them. Apria was easy and a much appreciated interaction. Thank you for caring and communicating. You got my business and I will share my positive interaction with others.

New to CPAP use, received the device on 11/14/2024, unable to use as there was a high flow leak from a defective water chamber. Called on Saturday, no call back. Called on Monday, the 18th and am awaiting the new part still, 11/21/2024. My major concern is that I was told Medicare would pay, but they want my credit card to bill at their discretion. This seems like an illegal practice. Is this a standard practice? My rating would be very low at this point.

Pretty smooth experience with Apria so far (one night in). Two points of contention they could improve: 1. There's a LOT of subtly-conflicting set-up instructions: emailed instructions, placard instructions, quick start instructions, user guide instructions, phone app instructions, machine display instructions. Also the mask and machine instructions are weirdly segregated, rather than a single process. 2. There's no simple guide to maintenance. Mask and machine again have their own guides, not a combined guide, and these guides are buried in the owner's manuals. Given that this machine is designed to drive air deep into the patient's lungs, cleaning should really be front and center, maybe on one of the big laminated placards. 2.1. What's up with a cleaning instruction like "clean mask for not more than 10min"??? How long should I actually clean it? 1 second is "not more than 10min"; is 1 second of cleaning enough? Someone knows, but they're not telling me

These guys know how to provide top-tier customer support and service. They had my CPAP machine delivered in two days which was amazing. I found out that the wrong machine was sent to me. I call to let them know. Not even 24 hours later, I could pick up the correct machine at the South Burlington location. The team was able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Apria Healthcare.
