Absolute terrible company. Sent paid bills to collections, constantly sending me the wrong supplies, started billing the wrong insurance company for some random unknown reason, also very slow on just about everything. Definitely go somewhere else

Not a good experience. The person who put my walker together was in a sour mood. He just gave me the walker and left-took no time to talk to me or instruct me. Brakes don't work and one of the black brake lines was put on wrong. I will be calling today to see if I can get some help to fix it!

I would give them a zero star if possible. Kaiser had them send a CPAP and I couldn't get used to it so they said they would cancel it and send someone to pick it up. That person never showed up so I called back and they scheduled a second pick up that never came. The third time they sent me an empty box with a fedex return label. FedEx arrived, picked it up and that was that. Until we received a bill for $345.19. I called and they said they would look into it and get in touch with me if they can't find it. Today....weeks latter I've received a collection notice from ARStrat. I'm in my mid fifties, have perfect credit and have never had a collection or missed payment of any kind. Horrible company!!!!!
