I have had both family & friends in this facility. It's very clean, staff tries their best to accommodate patients needs. A variety of activities to do. Also, they have a choice on different foods to eat. Looking for a place for someone you should check out this place.

I cannot say enough about the care my Grandpaw received at Appleton City Manor over the past few months. From rehabilitation through hospice, the staff showed an incredible level of kindness, compassion, and genuine care that meant so much to our family. He was always kept comfortable, clean, and well cared for. It was clear that the staff truly took pride in both their work and the residents. The recent remodel has made the facility feel bright and welcoming, and everything is kept immaculately clean. It always smelled fresh, and the residents seemed happy and at ease. When my Grandpaw began nearing the end of his life, the Director went above and beyond by moving him to a private room so our family could spend those final, invaluable moments together. That act alone meant the world to us. The staff also brought us snacks, drinks, and water so we could remain by his side without worry. The hospice care he received was gentle, respectful, and knowledgeable, which brought us a great deal of comfort during such a difficult time. I will always be grateful for the love and dignity they showed him, and the compassion they extended to our entire family. I would not hesitate for a second to trust Appleton City Manor with the care of a loved one.

Kristina and the staff were kind and comforting to my brother in his stay at ACM. He had been at several nursing care facilities over last five years in West Central Missouri. This was the best. It is a special kind of person/ business to take care of folks when they are in last stage of life. Very impressed and recommend. Paul

The administrator Charlie is very rude on the telephone. I have been trying to get a certification record for an employee that works there for over a month and he has yet to even send it into the state. Not someplace I would want my loved one staying of the staff taking care of them are not certified.
