My mother is in memory care and I, her daughter, live 5 hours away. It is a huge comfort to know that she is being watched over by Applegate's hospice team. I get reports of her change in care, any concerns and updates. Susan, her assigned registered nurse and case manager is very professional yet compassionate and attentive to my mom's needs making sure that the hospice team is meeting all of her medical and physical requirements. They are truly a wonderful all cares agency!

Applegate hospice was amazing. Nurse Karey was so gentle and caring in taking care of our father. She taught us how to care for him in her absence and was honest with what to expect in his final days. Our music therapist, Janessa, was so fun and had a way of helping our father recall and share many memories from his life. Every person who came into our home from Applegate was genuine and we felt their love and genuine concern. We highly recommend them and would use them again given the opportunity.

As we’re near the end of 2025, I want to give a heartfelt appreciation and thank you to Applegate Hospice Care for giving their undivided support and continued loving care to my mother. The staff lights up my mother’s room with their visits. A special thank you to Gina her nurse and Jen for your professionalism and dedication in ensuring she has what she needs and is comfortable. An extended thank you to Shalaine CNA for her professional care and attention to safety and details with her weekly baths, and always with a smile. Thank you to Sheri - Social Worker and Janice - Chaplain for your support and compassion. My family and I thank you Applegate for your services and are beyond grateful for each and everyone one of you!

I have nothing but good things to say about Applegate. They have taken such good care of my 103 year old mother. Shalaine is so friendly and understanding with my mother as she helps her shower and wash her hair. She even helps her with her hearing aids and brings the laundry to the washing machine for me. She even makes her bed! She's awesome! They all are and I am so appreciative of all their help.
