There are truly no words that can fully express my gratitude for the exceptional care my partner received during his stay at your post-acute center. Following surgery, he was unable to walk or care for himself, and we faced an uncertain and frightening road ahead. From the very beginning, your staff treated him with extraordinary compassion, patience, and gentleness. Every , nurse, CNA, and support staff member met his needs with dignity and kindness, making him feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. I am especially grateful for the outstanding physical rehabilitation team and the convenience of having an on-site therapy gym. Through their skill, encouragement, and unwavering dedication, they helped my partner steadily regain his strength and independence. What once seemed impossible became possible, and because of their hard work and belief in his recovery, he was able to walk again and return home with me. To everyone who played a part in his care, please know that your work matters more than words can convey. You not only helped heal his body, but you brought hope and comfort to both of us during a very difficult time. We will always remember the compassion, professionalism, and humanity shown by your entire team. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for the remarkable difference you made in our lives.

My mother recently had a stay at Apple Valley and I found all of the staff more than helpful and professional. The OT and PT staff was particularly knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you to everyone.

It was again, a very good visit today to see my friend. Parking was easily available, easy check in and the Halls were fresh and clean a long with the room. My friend is getting the care he needs, he says he is comfortable and the staff is attentive. I asked if he has complaints about his care or the staff and he says all is okay , and glad to be here. Thank you Apple Valley. We are grateful

Upon entering the greeter and sign in procedure was good and helpful. The one thing I thought was lacking was the person delivering the meal did not take into account that the patient would need help cutting meat up since he fractured his arm in several places and had surgery with pins etc. luckily I was there and cut it up for him. He did ring for his water container to be filled and the young man was quick to respond.

Visited a family member yesterday and love the atmosphere at Apple Valley Post-Acute Rehab. Clean facility, friendly people. Helped us find a phone charger, restroom, and what to do with bagels we brought for our family member. Multi times, we were greeted with a warm helpful smile. Staff are working seriously but with smiles and laughs, lively environment. We feel lucky to be there.
