I witnessed behavior that I believe demonstrates racial discrimination and violates the ethical and professional standards expected in healthcare settings. As healthcare professionals, Jocelyn and Rebecca Cedro are entrusted with the responsibility of treating all patients and colleagues with dignity, respect, and impartiality. Their behavior not only undermines the integrity of the profession but also creates a harmful and unsafe environment. I respectfully request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action be taken based on the findings.
