My mother was in this nursing home. The staff was extremely kind and took great care of her. I spent a lot of tome there

A girl whos name is Tori Williams (I'm fairly certain it is) was very rude to me and the people around me there. I hope that she gets punished by such behavior. She was very rude, called me names and such. Please look into this, please lay her off, I do not wish for other people to go through the service I did.
