I recently had a total knee replacement. Angels were the one that came and did my nursing and my PT at home. I have absolutely have nothing but good to say about the team. Johanna was excellent with my PT and would highly recommend her to anyone. She was patient, kind and gentle. Todd Bowden was my nurse and he was absolutely excellent. Nikki did my intake and my final discharge she too was courteous, kind, and respectful. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs inpatient home care

Absolutely fantastic home health! The nurses are very knowledgeable, helpful and go out of their way to get you the things you need! Everyone from the nurses to all the office staff, the accountant executives and management are absolutely unmatched!

My grandmother could not do without this service, have had it going on three years, they have solved every issue and have also recommended a wound doctor. Kathy, Autumn and the nurse team are knowledgeable and are always ready to get the job done.

I received a call today from my family member that she was hospitalized and had surgery because she had parasites in her leg. How can you as a wound care nurse not notice another wound on your patient's leg when it was brought to your attention. My family could've lost her leg she could've become septic and list her life!!!

Terrible nurses talked on the phone the whole time she was at my residence. (Blonde curly long hair) 5 weeks of care seeing care team at least 3 times a week without a bed sheet and me expressing I need help.( MOBILITY ISSUES FROM A CAR ACCIDENT)PT Chrystal finally offered and helped me put my mattress cover and fitted sheet on her last visit. Then we have the nurse that falsified medical report said one thing to me and wrote something totally different. Same nurse implying and asking questions that were NONE of her business or pertained to her. Later calls me after appointment to tell me that I was right she shouldn't have asked those questions. Yet she wrote them in her report what she thought and assumed it to be. Which should never have been mentioned and was completely and grossly incorrect. I brought it to her attention and while here she triedto talk herself out of what she asked and implied. What a joke!! Very unprofessional nursing. PT Janelle was awesome. OTA brings his mother to appointment and being in a hurry the minute he walked in my front door. I let him know his mother was welcome to come inside. He said she's safe in the car. She has a gun for protection. Sorry but your mother safe or not. When you have a job to do. DON'T hurry the patient because you brought your mother to work. The day I met OTA he stuck his foot twice in my very friendly little dogs face. Janelle (Janelle very helpful) were very professional but I wouldn't recommend this place due to the unprofessionalism with RN's, and OTA. To be fair I waited a few days to write this review after I requested an immediate discharge. Many times people will write when they are upset. This most certainly isn't the case here. I should have went with the review below. Nurses are there to work not talk on the phone or creative havoc. All nurses late or no show. From day one they knew I didn't have a fitted sheet on my bed. The office and all care team all were aware each visit. 5 weeks later PT helped me put on my new mattress cover and sheet. No I wouldn't recommend this place. When you call and make a complaint they write in the report only what they want it to say and then state patient was very hard to understand. WARNING stay far away from this place.
