I am currently at this facility after suffering a stroke I must say from the doctors to the nurses and the nursing assistants and physical therapist have been amazing. They also offer activities to help keep you occupied. The social workers are great as me being a little down on myself they have been encouraging me and supporting me to keep my morale up thank you again to everyone here

Well so far, they've managed to make my brother sicker than he came to them after his hip replacement surgery. They just rushed the process bc he's medicare/med-cal. he had complications with vomiting, so they sent him (my whole reason for writing this review is) back to Anaheim Regional Hospital without his phone. And this really pisses me off. So I'm at this point really questioning this place as a safe for people just shuffled in the medical system and not really cared for. By the way, he is my little brother.

Exceptional Care and Professional Staff! I cannot say enough great things about Anaheim Terrace Care Center. From the moment we walked in, the staff showed genuine care and compassion for my loved one. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The nursing staff is incredibly attentive and always ensures that residents are comfortable and well taken care of. The therapists in the rehabilitation department are top-notch, offering personalized plans to help residents recover quickly and effectively.

I'm currently a resident here, I dint believ the management will let my post stay.ive been here for a month day 1 the laundry lostbthe three items 2 shirts and pair of shorts that I had when I was admitted to the hospital for a emergency. I final got the 2nd of Mt shirts a week ago, still no shorts and don't see a effort to find them. Since I've been here not once has my blood sugar level been near an acceptable level and all too often over 300 tonight bit hit 374.. the kitchen staff has no clue how to prepare foods and often get my meals wrong! I'm supposed to ne on a diabetic diet after googling diabetic duets good and bad food nothing on.my diet is diabetic. My menu claims to be carb controlled which I believe consistsvov very small servings, I. Hingry after every meal and nothing I've googled about low carbs is low carbsbor good carbs every thing is sugar salt and sirry but bag fir diabetics. I've seen othe comments and howfamily member thst placed elderly family claim how peas with the staff and quality of care given while those here don't like it. The staff her runs on a bare minimum many work double shifs. 3 days a week and have told me new hire quit after a few days Only a few of the nursing staff actually truly care a ND enjoy talking to the patients that will talk to them and are often mistreated bypatients. All to often will congregat out side patient rooms and talk extremly loud that can be heard all the way down the hsll. There are patient that scoot up and diwn thevhalls shouting becausevof their conditon I'm in no way failing then patients butbthe should be supervise! I haven't see the fscilitynis beautiful and could be a comfortable place despite the issues I stated! Don't be fooled at what the management says about the level of care andquality, there sr onl 2 0rv3 certified nursing aids thst sre excellent and 2 nurses thstvdo acgreat gob despit the proticals set by msnage men. I have/had one nurse that apparently has o.c.d. barges I my room soeakingoudly and Wil say thank you, thank you sir and other aftervevery sentenc and the first several times at my n.bed ti.e would atte.ot to give me a insulin shot before testing g my glucose level and not even having a glucometer handy, every time I have to demand he check my sugar levels till now I refuse any treatment he has to offer. When I even hear his voice I cringe and have to shoo him outnof thevroom to which he repeatedly asks but why whatdid o do. Day one i reprtefbi hav a minor casebof ptsd, jump st any loud noise, after havigs heart dutgery 5 years ago i dont need the adde stres of this particulsr nurs driving me crazy. Also being here i a as far as im co cer ed over medicate not even afyer my heat surgery hav i been so many bp meds . As soon I was dis charged from the hospital and admitted to another care facility I was o ly prescribed 2 vitamins B13 and B 6 which I also take along with several other heart manage men. I Honestly don't believe what management says about staff care, etc. I'm trying to get moved to the last med facility if the have any available openings If it were up tome the current rating the facility gets of 2.9 if way to high I honestly think th owners are more/only Concerned about the building as a investment and nothing about staff ir patients "which we are referred to as reside RS? To me that say alot! So incloseing if you have or plan on lacind a loved one and your loved one say the trust them and not the out of touch management! That want this to be a money making just a money making investment for them!I bet they sell this placevoff in a fewyears. 2.9 rating ?????.

I want to write a review mostly about Andrea Romero. Due to an insurance issue and waiting our dad got taken straight from the hospital to a not so great place in a not so great neighborhood. We were eager to get him out , but the day this happened , I found two open beds , this place and another and I definitely went with this place due to Andrea’s hospitality and care. I think all the staff I met are not just their doing their jobs , clocking in and out , not at all , so far we have been shown that each and every staff member we have come into contact with cares for the patients well being in addition to what the family wants. Andrea had our dad over there within 12 hours of signing forms and I can’t praise God enough for that , but she put in some work ! She didn’t even care about when we wanted to contact her always being available !! She continues to be extremely helpful with all that we need and we met some people on physical therapy team that seem very nice as well. As soon as I put my request in for personal care for dad, whatever it was was taken care of of course we want to take care of our loved ones the best that we can and dad has been there for less than a month but you know that the patient doesn’t want to be there. They want to be home last time I went to be able to see dad laughing at some thing it’s just a huge change. He’s got color in his face again he looks like he’s been eating better than the last 6 weeks in the hospital or anywhere else before he even came she had a special air mattress delivered for him the next day I mean just above and beyond. Thank you so much Andrea and your team. I truly hope that you are with Anaheim Ter for a long time because the level of the care that you give is wonderful thank you so much.
