The community contains 74 apartments, including 18 studio units (415 square feet), 56 one-bedroom units (537 square feet), and 8 handicap-accessible units (540 square feet).

Rent at Anaheim Memorial Manor is based on income, with residents paying approximately 30% of their gross annual income as monthly rent. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) subsidizes the remainder.
