The website does not reflect the reality of the place. The food is inedible, hard dry, cooked in a batch and then must be microwave. Male nurses should not be bathing my mom, she's feels very uncomfortable, she is a senior, have some common sense and respect.

Workers here are incredible as far as CNA.. Nurses are another matter. I was admitted Nov 15th. Pain meds were withheld for 4 days. They offered me Tylenol which is useless for a fractured femur Constant lying about staff. MHNP came to me. Asking questions and no one knew who she was !! Maybe stealing identities!! Social.services was useless half the time. Did not follow thru on requests They tried to send me to dr appt without caregiver which would have been against doctors orders. I declined

I was apprehensive about going to rehab facility but was pleased with this facility. All the CNA's were very helpful and kind to me. I had one CNA that I had most during the day, Graciela, who was always there when I needed her, this was much appreciated. The nurses, case workers, PT department were all great.

My dad is at Anaheim Crest Nursing Center, so after work, I go to see my dad, which means the staff I meet are those on the 3-11pm shift. Without exception, every single one of them is so, so kind and treats me and my dad like family. They always have smiling faces, and you can see how hard they try to help with anything. I'm really grateful! Thank you!

The nursing center has kind and professional staff. The nursing staff is friendly and attentive The CNAs are assigned rooms so the care is focused. Administrative staff is very responsive and the social workers, Grace and Jessica are very friendly and helpful. Grace was very helpful with discharge arrangements and we really appreciated that. The physical therapy staff are very knowledgeable and responsive and Seijin Lee, Occupational Therapist is excellent. He is really helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, great care for my mom who is 88 and we were able to get the nursing support we needed and return home. Thank you Anaheim Crest Nursing Center Administration and staff.
