The communication with the coordinator, Mrs. Rosario, is extremely poor. Calls are rarely answered, and most times you are transferred to the supervisor, where the hold times are unreasonably long. When the supervisor finally answers, the interaction often comes across with an unprofessional attitude, which makes the experience even more difficult. Patients and their families depend on this agency for timely care and support, so this lack of responsiveness and courtesy is a serious concern. If staff members are not committed to providing quality service, those roles should be given to individuals who truly care about patients’ well-being. Americare must address these issues to better serve the vulnerable people who rely on them.
