I got great service with a smile. I needed replacement parts and she was friendly and helpful. They have been bought out and I think there service must have improved

The one star is for Lincare. Not AHP. Hello left hand? This is the right hand. I have tried to order supplies and get my insurance updated for over 3 months. Just this week alone I have spent about 4 hours on the phone between Lincare and AHP. Every person on the phone was very kind. Kindness however still hasn’t been able to hit ENTER on my order. One problem after another. Absolutely the worst customer experience (oh and I’ve spoken with this team too! I even have a Customer Advocate case number from 7/9). Roshon, Veronica, Cynthia, Porsche, Courtney, Josh you all have been so empathetic and kind and did what you could. I am looking elsewhere now.

I don’t really have a choice, but to use this location it’s what was essentially assigned to me when I was told I needed to start using a CPAP. I am not surprised to discover how low the ratings are for them. When I had an issue with my CPAP, calling their helpline resulted in jumping through no fewer than four people over the span of nearly an hour just to tell them the mask I had wasn’t working for me and I needed to adjust to a different one. When I got an appointment set up to change that mask out I was driving and didn’t have a moment to write down the date, but I remembered that it was Tuesday at 9:30 this establishment send no confirmation emails or texts so I made the mistake of coming a week early . When I mentioned it might be a good idea for them to use confirmation text or emails to help people remember their appointment dates. One of the employees began arguing with me. First she said no doctors doe that, which is absurd considering every doctor/dentist/etc I go to sends a confirmation reminder. When I mentioned this she looked at me and said, “or you could just remember”. So essentially suggestion of how they could have better customer service was met with “that sounds like a you problem”. They get one additional star because the gentleman who ran the demo for the CPAP did a good job.

This place needs to be ashamed of its so called business. I have been trying to get an order replaced with the correct items for almost a month now. When you call the number on Salt Lick Rd. it goes to a call center somewhere in the states. After being on hold for 45 + minutes each call, they still do not get the order right. I had to call my doctors office to see if they could help. They also got the run around. Once I get my correct items I will be taking my business elsewhere. Nobody has time to play their games. My time is just as important as theirs!!!!!!!!

Don’t walk, RUN from this company! From their phone service company to their actual staff, horribly rude! And Jodi will cuss you out and refuse to submit a prior authorization to your insurance company, because “you need to follow her process.” Then when you ask her to stop cutting you off and listen to you she will cut you off to yell at you and then hang up. Only to call you back to inform you she reported you to your doctor and sent your prescription elsewhere because she’s done with you. Way to go Jodi, congrats you got out of doing your job of actually submitting a prior authorization! I’ll find a company with mature adults I can work with that actually follow in-network provider insurance agreements.
