Only reason I gave 2 stars is because speech therapist Carolyn was amazing. Never contacted by OT or social work and the PT supervisor was no help and did not truly listen to any of my concerns. So glad I got my Dad disregard and moved to another location when I did

My initial assessment and discharge was done by Josh. I thoroughly enjoyed working with my therapist, Chiane. She started me on my road to recovery from total knee surgery. I would use their services again if needed.

Staff was great. Very courteous and professional. The only reason for three stars, is because they often called me late the day before for an appointment the next day. Sometimes it was difficult to keep an appointment on such short notice. Otherwise they have a five star.

I gave them 3 stars because of the nice nurses that I've met, but they can improve on their communication skills. I had a hard time receiving wound care supplies through them for my son with MS. I had to purchase them on my own. No call backs, no communication even about who and when someone was coming to your home. Only a call the day before whenever they were coming. Im on the fence with this company.
