I was here in August of 23 and felt the care was fine, my roommate was a different case, he was more needy than I, sometimes the CNA or Nurse would not give him the correct care , or treatment better yet and he couldn't speak well, but after time I began to understand him and put complaints in on his behalf, I had a few nurses stricken from our room and I believe 1 was terminated. Hey, He is my roommate and I was not going to allow him to be Mistreated. Simple as That. Long story short, I still visited Johnny until his passing, bringing him and the CNA's that were there, food , thought they really appreciated me and the things I was doing. I still take the CNA's food from time to time, to show my appreciation, just this Saturday January 31, 2026, come to find out that quite a few of the nurses don't care for me and Julie was trying to kick me out at the end of my stay, What the Heck? Nurse said they kicked me out. If that isn't the Biggest Slap in the Face! I thought I had better Judgement about people, but apparently not... For not letting People, mistreat my roommate, they had an issue... That guy couldn't move anything but his right arm and his speech was slurred, poor guy. I even got rid of other people that tried to mistreat or take advantageof him, That's what a Friend does. So, I hope this helps identify this place. It's a Little Disheartening, but it is what it is.... Michelle was Great and some others, I will get the the names and give them their due credit, because not all of them should be put in with the others Felicia Michelle The White Lady at Night Nicole, and a lot of others to many to name, were really good with Johnny and Me, so to say that it was all bad, no, but just like in everything, people only notice the Bad, so...

This place is absolutely terrible. You have a couple good nurses and maybe one good CNA the rest don’t care about your loved one. They left my Dad’s catheter bag on the bed three times in one week most people know that’s a big no-no left him in positions for hours and he wasn’t able to turn over on his own being that he has cerebral palsy on one side. The food was horrible. They were very rough with him and he had no power to his TV until I went and bought a power cord , putting wrong people’s clothes on him( yes I had his name in all them) and he was only there for two weeks. I got him out of there right away. I suggest cameras.
