The office in Rio Rancho is a hideous joke. They do NOT take their work seriously and have NO respect for their employees or their clients. The State needs to do a very thorough investigation and audit of this company and ALL records. Beverly will lie to you. You can expect to NOT get paid or trained properly. Your phone calls will not be returned. They will not help you. If you respect yourself or care for your family stay away from this agency. The one 🌟 is for Christine at the Gallup office. She's a lovely person. Sadly it doesn't fix ALL the major problems with this company.

I was so happy that we found someone to come to our home and help take care of my grandmother, until we caught the caregiver stealing money. When I went to this agency, they acted like I was at fault for what happen. This place says it's ok to steal from people who are on a fixed income and makes doesn't care about their clients. I WOULD NOT recommend this place and I will keep telling people about my experience.
