When my sister and I were in crisis and needed 24-hour care for my mom immediately, Amada stepped in right away. Everyone I spoke to at the company was kind and helpful. The care givers were compassionate, intelligent, and caring. They were responsive to our quickly changing situation and did what we needed them to do. I was impressed by the fact that every time we called, a person answered the phone and helped us with whatever we needed at that time. I was also impressed by the supportive nature and professionalism of the care givers, who listened to us and worked with us and our mom beautifully. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I recommend them to anyone in Tucson who needs in-home care or general help with care giving needs for their senior loved ones.

Words cannot express our appreciation for the empathy, professionalism, kindness, attention-to-detail, and general overall skill of those at Amada Senior Care. When my wife of 57 years reached the end of her eleven year battle with breast cancer we were lost and frightened, not to mention frantic about how to deal with the situation. Cristina Ram especially exhibited a human kindness and professionalism like we've never experienced. A special place in heaven is reserved for all of those at Amada Senior Care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My Judy now totally rests in peace because of them.

We are writing to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional assistance provided by Christina Ram of Amada Senior Care. Navigating the long- term healthcare system for our mom/mother-in-law was extremely overwhelming, but Christina was a godsend. Specifically, she went above and beyond in helping us understand our mom/mother-in-law’s coverage, ensured us that she would receive the correct help and also helped us complete and submit the long-term care claim form. Her efforts directly resulted in the starting of the claim process. What stood out most was her time, patience and unwavering support and professionalism and the way she treated us with dignity and respect. We always felt listened to and valued, never rushed. Amada Senior Care was able to facilitate the extra care my mother needed at her home. Amada was the missing link we needed between mom’s extended care insurance policy and actually getting her the care she needed. Through extremely responsive communication with Christina, Heather & Sarah they were able to evaluate mom and place caregivers that are well matched for Mom’s needs. Mom’s caregivers, Alexia and Marla are extremely caring, patient and professional. Amada has also been very helpful with researching assisted care residences, and all aspects of care that mom may need. They have been so helpful in navigating the difficult task of finding extra help for our loved one with compassion and a level of professionalism that has helped the family in so many ways. Amada Senior Care will be able to help you with any questions you may have about what steps to take for the care of your loved ones. Our family is truly thankful that we called Amada Senior Care.

For the better part of a year, Amada has provided round the clock care initially for my brother, who died recently, and then for his spouse, who is presently under hospice care. I have been and continue to be extremely pleased with the care provided by Amada, and recommend their services without reservation. Christina and Heather have been unfailingly responsive and accommodating when I have questions or requests. The caregivers Amada has provided have been caring and wonderful. Amada provided invaluable assistance in completing the claim processes to activate long term insurance claims to help with the cost of care. Most recently, they assisted with recommendations for a care facility, and have helped with a smooth transition to the care facility. I doubt there is another provider out there who does what Amada does, as well as they do it.
