That company is the worst. I brought my patient in, and they took him on but never called me back. After I filled out the application, they gave the case to someone else, and they didn't pay me for the orientation either—so basically, they took me for a ride, too. A very bad experience.

Cut my hours without saying a thing to me. Don’t care if I have bills or kids just straight up cut my hours and I had to blow up their phone for about a week until they finally said something. That’s so messed up…I do everything I am supposed to do at work and all of a sudden they just change my schedule. Not a call not a text not nothing. Jobs do NOT care about you.

Met with staff at the 12 Water Street, White Plains location for RN orientation this week. Was warmly greeted and was able to interact with Administrators, Supervisors, Care Coordinators and veteran staff - all with friendly encouragement and experience to share. Aurey Kaufman (Recruiter), was on his game as he handled any and all issues that arose during the sessions (paperwork, credentialing, IT, etc.). The sessions were both lively and interesting, as the staff shared the load and kept 9 seasoned RNs engaged throughout the day. After having had this experience, I feel confident that the staff of Always Compassionate Home Care, White Plains will stand behind me as I stand in front of my patients. I am proud to represent my practice as an RN and the Always Compassionate Home Care mission to provide exceptional care .
