I have been very pleased with the kind, caring and compassionate care given by Alliance. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the individuals they care for. The staff educated well and make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Alliance to anyone who needs Home Health or Hospice care

My mom, as well as my entire family, have been blessed by the tremendous and compassionate care offered by Alliance. The team at Alliance has provided my mom, who lives in an assisted living facility in St George, with a lovely and highly qualified registered nurse who comes twice a week to check on my mom, as well as another nurse who comes three times a week to bathe and provide hygiene care to my mom. The care team at Alliance is also available 24/7 if any additional care is needed (thank you, Katie!), and on more than one occasion has sent an on-call nurse to my mom's assisted living facility in the middle of the night to care for her. Alliance also provides a doctor who is always available for teleconference visits, but makes regular in-person visits to see my mom. And my mom is fortunate enough to receive bi-weekly visits from a wonderful hospice chaplain, Steve Minor, who has been a tremendous influence on her life. A delightful member of their care team, Amy, even brings her service dog, Sunny, to visit mom! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alliance. They are incredibly helpful and supportive, knowledgeable, have tremendous expertise in their field, are professional, organized, reliable, kind, and have a staff who all have a wonderful bedside manner. Although my mom receives great care at her assisted living facility, I don't know what we ever would have done without the additional exceptional care provided by Alliance. I will always be tremendously grateful to Alliance for all they've done to take care of my sweet mom. 💕

They are AMAZING!!!! I have had Alliance Home Health coming in on a regular basis for over a year now. It has been a very comforting and positive experience. My nurse Sue is such a caring, informed and a real person who is able to connect with not only me but my family. She puts me at ease and knows exactly what to do. They always show up on time and ensure my comfort and progression. Lots of LOVE!

I wanted to share how grateful I am to Alliance, specifically Sunny, who was our nurse and main contact. Our mother died on December 22, 2020 and it has taken me a few weeks to be able to put my thoughts together. Sunny was wonderful. She kept in contact with us regularly and would provide us with updates on our mothers care and prognosis. She was caring and gave us insight in to the death process. Keep in mind that we had to go through this while maneuvering around covid restrictions. Alliance made this possible. Kathy, the owner, was also super in the initial intake and admission process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has to go through the death of a loved one.

Alliance Home Health provided home care and then hospice services for my husband for over two years. I couldn’t have asked for a more caring and responsible service. Every person I dealt with during that time frame showed compassion and professional expertise taking gentle, thorough and knowledgeable care as he progressed in his journey. I will always recommend Alliance for home and hospice care.
