I was using Rescare house keeping services out of Soldotna for the past year. I completed a contract then a new representative came to my home and claimed they needed to have a new one in place. I signed and continued. I still have not received a copy of signed contract for 2018 and they continue to charge me for time I did not use the services. i tried to resolve and the director threatened me by refusing to allow continued services unless I let their representative Marcy come to my home again. I have been over charged and cannot afford to pay for what I did not use and find this wrong. I discussed with actual provider and was told if I refused to continue she would be terminated. This company is very unprofessional and severely mistreats and bused its consumers via payments and billing. I do not recommend this company out of Soldotna at all. My contract stipulated I would pay for up to six hours monthly and I have already been billed for excess charges since January first. I am in the process of contacting a legal representative to assist me with this matter. I do not use medicaid or insurance to pay for service and I can only imagine the charges being sent to the state of Alaska.
